Fundacion Alba y Ocaso


	Who We Are Fundación Alba y Ocaso Inc. is a non-governmental non-profit organization that works for the development of children, young adults and seniors in their social and family environments. Fundación Alba y Ocaso Inc. was incorporated in the Dominican Republic by the Decree No. 0082, dated November 30th of 2007 and Registered to the National Registry of Contributors (Registro Nacional de Contribuyentes) with the RNC 4-30-07755-2, dated January 19th of 2009. Objectives Contribute to the development of children, young adults, elderly and their families that live in marginalized poverty, and social exclusion in the Dominican Republic . Improve the living conditions of children, young adults, elderly and their families that live in marginalized poverty, and social exclusion. Commit with the families and communities in order to self-manage their development. Strengthen the community organizations that have their action radius within the target communities. Ensure the optimal health of children, young adults, elderly and their families. Secure the right to an education for children and young adults that live in conditions of marginalized poverty, and social exclusion. Provide social assistance to the families that live in special conditions of risk or vulnerability. Mission Work on the behalf of the children, young adults, elderly and their families that are victims of marginalized poverty, and social exclusion; aiming to create opportunities and/or facilities needed to overcome such difficulties. Vision Become a solid organization with the capability to mobilize human, material and economic resources, for the well-being of the families that are victims of marginalized poverty, and social exclusion in the Dominican Republic.
